Which service is right for you?
A boiler service is a bit like getting your car serviced.  Every few years your boiler will require a major service, including a full strip down, thorough clean and if necessary, replacements seals.  In the years between these major services, a simple annual service is usually sufficient to keep it running safely and efficiently.

A Simple Service: £80 (excluding parts)​
As per manufacturer's requirements.  It includes a visual inspection of the boiler, safety checks, gas usage and emissions test. If the boiler fails some or all of these inspection checks, a full strip clean may be required as per manufacturer's instructions.

Full Strip Clean Boiler Service: £110 (excluding parts)
Recommended every few years, a Full Strip Clean Service includes everything on the Simple Service, PLUS a thorough clean out of the main heat exchanger, burner, injector and various other boiler components.
 

Add a System Check to your Boiler Service: £25 (excluding parts)​Cleaning of magnetic filter, visual inspection of all system components (including bleeding radiators and topping up pressure) and a visual inspection of header tank (if applicable).

Add a Chemical Inhibitor Test & Top Up: £25

Chemical Inhibitor helps protect your heating system from corrosion. Add a test & top up to help maintain a healthy system.

As per Boiler Serving list above, PLUS £20 

Back Boiler Service: £120 (excluding parts)
Full strip clean service and safety checks

Unvented Cylinder Service: £120*
Serviced as per specific manufacturers guidlines.

Landlords Certificate (CP12): £90*
Includes gas meter inspection and tightness test, boiler safety check, gas hob safety check, expiry & operational check of smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. (Additional appliances incur an extra charge of £15 per appliance).
