Breakdowns, Repairs & System Upgrades

 

​Breakdowns & Repairs: £110 call out - £90p/hr thereafter

All call outs and appointments for boiler and system breakdowns are charged at £110 for the first hour.  If parts are required to complete the necessary repair, a quote will be provided.  All accepted quotes will receive a £20 discount on the initial call out charge.

Powerflushing / System Cleanse

(Priced by system type and size, Ts & Cs apply)

Powerflushing: From £700 for up to 8 standard radiators.

Recommended if your heating system has never been cleaned, has symptoms of sludge build up, cold spots on radiators or poor circulation. For systems with more than 8 radiators (excluding towel rads), a charge of £30 per radiator is applicable.

System Cleanse: From £500 for up to 8 standard radiators.

Recommended if your heating system is in fairly good condition and NOT experiencing any circulation issues.  I strongly recommend regular cleaning of the heating system if you have underfloor heating and/or have very small pipework (micro-bore).  For systems with more than 8 radiators (excluding towel rads), a charge of £20 per radiator is applicable.
